NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 12/8/2024

On September 12, 2024, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern edibles only for onsite consumption.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 8, 2024, and are effective on December 8, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 12/8/2024.
