Delegation of Authority Under
2 AAC 96.335(b)
I, Paula Vrana, Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Administration (DOA), delegate my authority under 2 AAC 96.335(b) to deny a request for public records made to DOA under the Alaska Public Records Act, AS 40.25.100 – AS 40.25.295, to Brittany Patzke. This delegation is effective immediately and shall remain in effect until revoked by the DOA Commissioner.
