NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Division will conduct public stakeholder meeting on December 10, 2024. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 10:00 am. The meeting is scheduled to last one hour but may be extended depending on turnout and participation. The meeting will be held by Zoom video conference.
The purpose of these meeting is to discuss adoption of the AMA Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 6th 2024 edition, and the date of inception of use as directed by Alaska Statute 23.30.190(f).
Public comment will be taken telephonically or by Zoom video. If you are unable to participate during the live meeting, you may submit written comments prior to the meeting. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00pm on the preceding Friday. Send written comments to:
