NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES

On October 14, 2024, the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities adopted regulations in 17 AAC Transportation and Public Facilities. The regulations concern an update of manual editions and disposal of excess easement.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on October 16, 2024, and are effective on November 15, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
