INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Seward Highway MP 98.5-118 Signage Project, Project Number CSHWY01203, will be received before 2:00 p.m., October 30, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State funded project includes replacing existing signs, new sign installations, and modifications to existing variable message sign sites along the Seward Highway between MP 98.5 and 118.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be July 2, 2025.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
