NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

 Board officers and committee chairs will hold a special meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, October 8, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. to review the topics suggested for the November 7-8, 2024 meeting of the board.  No action will be taken at this meeting.

The Board of Regents will hear public testimony via statewide audio conference on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For additional information regarding public testimony visit: www.alaska.edu/bor/public-testimony/

The Ad Hoc Committee on Recruitment, Retention, and Graduation of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room 109 Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks. The committee will discuss the universities' recruitment, retention, and graduation efforts. No public testimony will be taken.

The Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Thursday, November 7, 2024 in Room 109 Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its November 7-8, 2024 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Facilities and Land Management Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Thursday, November 7, 2024 in Room 109 Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks from *11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its November 7-8, 2024 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Academic and Student Affairs Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Thursday, November 7, 2024 in Room 109 Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks from *1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its November 7-8, 2024 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Board of Regents will hold a regular meeting of the Full Board on Thursday, November 7, 2024, *3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, November 8, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room 109 Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks. No public testimony will be taken.

These meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive sessions.
