INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Old Glenn Highway Brush Cutting, Contract Number 24-25-1-011, will be received before 2:00 p.m., October 16, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract will provide for all material, equipment, supervision, labor, maintenance, fuel, mobilization, and demobilization necessary to clear brush within the DOT&PF right of way along the Old Glenn Highway within the Matanuska-Susitna District.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be June 30, 2025.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
