NOTICE OF INQUIRY BY THE REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (Commission) opened Docket R-24-002, to consider changes to our notice practices and related regulations.

Interested parties may comment on whether, and how, regulations which govern or otherwise regulate the issuance of public notices should be revised, by submitting written comments to the Commission at 701 West Eighth Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, AK 99501. Additionally, the Commission will accept comments submitted to the Commission’s website at:

Comments may also be submitted through the Alaska Online Public Notice System, by accessing this notice on the system and using the comment link. The comments must be received not later than 5 p.m. on November 6, 2024, and should reference Docket R-24-002.
