REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for DNR Palmer Warehouse Mezzanine Design-Build, Project Number 25C1041611, will be received before 4:00 p.m., October 4, 2024 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state-funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to construct a new mezzanine to provide additional workspace at the Department of Natural Resources – Division of Foresty Warehouse in Palmer, Alaska. Optional enhancements include installation of an overhead door and build-out of additional office space in the mezzanine.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Thursday September 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the project location (101 Airport Road, Palmer, AK).

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be January 15, 2026.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
