DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AND VETERANS AFFAIRS NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. – STWIDE24019 – Statewide Direct Digital Controls Design (DDC) and Phase 1 and Phase 2 implementation.

The Contractor shall provide professional services to design an Automated Logic, DDC system to communicate with all Army National Guard Facilities statewide. The second and third phase of this project is to implement and install the designed systems into Camp Carroll and Camp Denali on Joint Base Elmendorf Anchorage. Anticipated services include Communication, Graphic, and Programming Design, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Cost estimating, bidding support and Construction Administration Assistance.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of this Agreement is approximately October 2024 to December 2026. Cost of the professional services design is expected to be in the range of less than $500,000.00. Implementation of Phase 1 at Camp Carroll less than $1,500,000 and Phase II Bryant Army Airfield less than $1,500,000.00.
