The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), is soliciting bids for vendors to provide venue rental and audio/visual services for DHSEM annual events hosted in Anchorage, Alaska.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00PM Alaska Standard Time, October 1, 2024. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.

Pre-bid Teleconference: A pre-bid teleconference will be held at 1:00 PM, Alaska Time, on September 11, 2024. The purpose of the teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with prospective bidders and allow them to ask questions concerning the ITB. Bidders should read the ITB in full and come to the meeting prepared to discuss any questions or concerns. This pre-bid meeting is not a mandatory requirement but highly encouraged for interested vendors.
