ITB No. 250000002 Camp Denali Janitorial Services

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide janitorial services for Camp Denali Buildings located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Information on required services can be found in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and supporting documents attached to this posting. Deadline for Receipt of Bids. Current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Time on September 20, 2024. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.

Site Visit. There is a mandatory site visit scheduled for September 11, 2024, at 10:00am AKST. Attendees are required to contact Gavin Fairbanks at work: (907) 428-7187 or by cell phone: (907) 885-9879 a minimum of two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit so that arrangement may be made for base access. Bidders are required to hold a valid ID, proof of vehicle registration and insurance to gain access into JBER. No more than two bidding representatives will be allowed to attend.
