The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Water, is soliciting proposals for assistance with preparing a fee study to propose revised fees for its Wastewater Discharge and Plan Review operations per Alaska Statutes § 37.10.052. The contract duration will be from the date of award, approximately the week of September 30, 2024, for fourteen (14) months until completion on December 31, 2026, with one (1) one-year renewal option to be executed at the State’s discretion.
