Amendment 5: This amendment serves to answer question(s) received from vendors and extend the deadline for receipt of bids to Monday, September 16th at 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.

Amendment 4: This amendment serves to answer questions asked during and after the Pre-Bid Teleconference for Lot 2 (Fairbanks) and Lot 3 (Juneau).

Amendment 3: This amendment serves to break existing LOT 4 (Bryant Army Airfield, Camp Carroll & Camp Denali) into individual LOTS, schedule an additional pre-bid teleconference, and extend the deadline for receipt of bids to September 12th, 2024, at 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.

Amendment 2: This amendment serves to correct calculation formulas on the bid schedule.

Amendment 1: This Amendment serves schedule a time and date for the pre-bid teleconference for Lot 2 (Fairbanks) and Lot 3 (Juneau) areas identified in the solicitation. Bidders interested in attending may request an invitation to the Microsoft Teams meeting by emailing MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Facilities Maintenance Office (FMO) is soliciting bids for qualified contractor(s) to provide snow removal and ice control on an “as-needed” basis in the following locations, as specified within this ITB:

• LOT 1: Alcantra Alaska National Guard Armory (Alcantra) – Wasilla, Alaska
• LOT 2: Army National Guard Readiness Center & OMS Shop – Fairbanks, Alaska
• LOT 3: Alaska Army National Guard Hangar and Facilities Maintenance Shop – Juneau, Alaska
• LOT 4: Bryant Army Airfield, Camp Carroll, and Camp Denali – Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER)

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: The current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Standard Time, September 5, 2024

Site Visit: Mandatory site visits for Lots 1 & 4 are scheduled on the following dates and times:

• Lot 4 (JBER) Site Inspection / Walk Through: August 26, 2024, at 9:00 AM Alaska Time
• Lot 1 (Wasilla) Site Inspection / Walk Through: August 28, 2024, at 9:00 AM Alaska Time
