INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC North Terminal Northside Aprons and Taxilane Reconstruction & ANC Terminal Water Main Improvements, Program Numbers AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2024 / CFAPT00881 & AIP 3-02-0016-228-2024 / CFAPT00993A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., September 4, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will reconstruct and expand the concrete hardstands for Gates N1, N3, N5, and N7; reconstruct the taxilane and asphalt apron; replace taxilane lighting and pavement markings; and make improvements to the storm drain, sanitary sewer, and fueling systems at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This project will also rehabilitate approximately 6,000 feet of water main piping around the North Terminal, C Concourse, A Concourse, and Old Airfield Maintenance building, including hydrant and valve replacements, and grouting a segment of decommissioned water pipe under the South Terminal.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 15, 2027.
