Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an amended easement decision for the following:
APPLICANT: Department of Transportation & Public Facilities
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Near milepost 1250 of the Alaska Highway on the east side of the highway. See Attachment A.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized an amendment of a public access easement to designated material site ADL 419500.
