Kenai Courthouse Janitorial ITB

The Alaska Court System is seeking qualified contractors to establish a contract for a periodic schedule of services to provide labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies to perform the janitorial services outlined in the attached ITB at the Kenai Courthouse. Two year contract with four, two-year options to renew to commence November 1, 2024.

A pre-bid inspection will be held Monday, August 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Meet in the main lobby of the Kenai courthouse located at 125 Trading Bay Drive, Kenai, AK 99611.

Sealed bids are due by 12:00 PM AKST on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
