Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has issued a decision for the authorization, amendment, issuance & non-objection to develop existing easements for the purpose of installing buried fiber optic cable.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Sections 19 & 30, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Copper River Meridian, Sections 24 & 25, Township 4 North, Range 5 West, Copper River Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: SCRO has authorized Copper Valley Telecom Cooperative to  CVTC is requesting to develop a series of existing easements, amend an existing easement, and issue a new easement to facilitate the placement of a fiber optic cable, trenched at a depth of 42 inches, to provide improved communication in bandwidth and speeds to the surrounding community.
