NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Home Water, LLC, PO Box 520777, Big Lake, Alaska 99652-0777, applied for a permit to appropriate water on February 13, 2020. The application proposes the following:
The withdrawal of up to 22,500 gallons/day year-round from two drilled wells, 137 and 131 feet deep, located within Tract A of the plat listed below.
The proposed purpose of use is a public water supply for Berry Bluff Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat No. 2020-44, Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above listed address or to jonathan.tucker@alaska.gov by 5:00 pm on July 29, 2024. Objection must include the objector’s name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
