REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC Gate B4 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-235-2024 / CFAPT01201, will be received before 4:00 p.m., July 16, 2024 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to replace the existing passenger boarding bridge (PBB) located at Gate B4 in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.  Meet at the Airport Administration Offices lobby on the third floor of the South Terminal (elevator at north end of the South Terminal Building) to be escorted through the work areas.  Bring a safety vest.  Contact the Project Manager Ashley DeVore at ashley.devore@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 15, 2025.
