NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
THE DIVISION OF INVESTMENTS
On June 19, 2024, Division of Investments adopted regulations to Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concerning Mariculture Revolving Loan Fund Eligibility.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on June 24, 2024, and are effective on July 24, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 251, October 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
