The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for
CSP: Eklutna Lake Trailhead Overflow Parking Expansion, Project No. 73302-2
near Anchorage, Alaska.
Work includes:
Paving the lower ATV parking lot at the Eklutna Lake Trailhead, placing concrete parking bumpers, repositioning barrier rocks, ditch digging and lining, and the installation of an orientation kiosk and signs.
The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565. The Department will assemble, open, and then publicly announce the timely-received bids at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340; Anchorage, AK 99501, at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
