The work consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the removal and replacement of AHU components along with cooling, water purification equipment, and other supporting modifications as defined in the design documents titled Consortium Library Room 311 Archive Shelving Mechanical Upgrades and dated August 4, 2023.

A pre-bid conference will be will be held June 25, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Consortium Library (meet at Library North Entrance).
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier’s check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid.

Bidders must register through the web site to be notified of addenda. Printed copies may be ordered from reprographic companies through the website or by contacting a reprographer directly.
Downloaded files may be printed on the plan holder’s equipment. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Addenda to the project will be posted on the website. The bidder is responsible for periodically checking the site. The Contractor that is awarded the project will be responsible for printing all documents necessary for performing the work.
