Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Securus Technologies, LLC (Securus), the inmate calling service provider for correctional facilities within the state of Alaska, has filed tariff revisions TA6-758 and TA27-461, for local and intrastate interexchange services, respectively. Securus proposes to update the tax language in its tariffs, increase the Federal Cost Recovery Charge, and remove outdated language found in various sections of the tariff. In addition, Securus proposes to revise its refund policies for various calling plans.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from those proposed.
