NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to grant a land lease under Lease ADA-32620, as follows:
LESSEE: Atlas Air, Inc.
PREMISES: West Airpark
LEASE TERM: 55 years, beginning August 1, 2024, and ending July 31, 2079.
CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $532,785.42 ($0.18 per square foot x 2,959,919 square feet).
PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Aircraft parking, aircraft fueling, cargo offload/load, Cargo Warehousing, ground handling, aircraft technical support, line maintenance, Flight crew operations base and regional office, GSE storage and repair.

International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.
