Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM, on site, at the MAC1 Housing mechanical room next to MAC1 Housing unit located at 3550 Sharon Gagnon Lane, Anchorage, AK 99508.
Additional walkthrough will be held June 21, 2024 at 10:30 AM.
The work consists of the Contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and install owner provided hot water tank. Additional work will include replacement of two pumps, relocating an existing air compressor, and relocating the interior gas meter to the exterior of the building in accordance with design documents dated 5/31/24. In addition, provide a temporary hot water solution for the housing units while the hot water tank is being replaced and off-line. Shut down of the hot water system is only allowed between August 5-16. No other planned outages are allowed.
