NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242060 – ANC FAR Part 150 Noise Compatibility Study Update – 2024

The Contractor shall develop and produce an updated Part 150 Noise Study, including development of noise exposure maps and noise compatibility program, while working with federal, state, and local planners, local aviation groups and interested citizens and submit to the FAA for approval.  Contract may also require assistance with local land use implementation, input into the forecasting methodology and departure profile analysis beyond the typical Part 150 Scope of Work.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2024 to August 2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 7, 2024, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 28, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
