INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC Old AFM Gate, Program Number CSAPT01150, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 28, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract will install pivot gates, access controls, bi-level card reader pedestals, loop detectors, and chain link fence at the old Airfield Maintenance Facility at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Also included in the scope is installation of access control and an exit card reader at the North Terminal employee parking lot. Work includes saw cutting and removing existing pavement, trenching, installing new conduit and conductors, and reestablishing pavement.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project completion date will be September 15, 2024.
