NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
On May 31, 2024, the Department of Labor and Workforce Development adopted regulations in 8 AAC 82.100. The regulations concern the proposed change on tuition rates and fees of the Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC).
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on May 31, 2024, and are effective on July 1, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 205, July 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
