On May 3, 2024, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 16 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with the Alaska state examination for chiropractors and clarifying continuing education requirements for recent graduates.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on May 29, 2024, and are effective on June 28, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
