On May 14, 2024, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game adopted regulations in 5 AAC 95.011. The regulations concern the Catalog and Atlas to the Catalog of Waters Important to the Spawning, Rearing, or Migration of Anadromous Fishes.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on May 22, 2024, and are effective on June 21, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
