NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242058 – Seldon Rd Extension Phase II: Windy Bottom/ Beverly Lakes Rd to Pittman Rd Appraisal Services

The Contractor shall provide appraisal services for the subject project.  All services and work products must follow and be in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Act as required in 49 CFR Part 24 and the Department's Right of Way Manual.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2024 to July 2025.  Cost of these professional services is less than $50,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 30, 2024 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
