INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Glenn Highway Bridge Deck Preservation, Project Number 0001685 / CFHWY00523, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 28, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will perform work at the Glenn Highway Knik River bridges and Peters Creek bridge. Work includes bridge deck and expansion joint repair work, guardrail, and paving. Limited duration bridge closures to perform the work will require detours and use of a movable concrete barrier system to change the number travel lanes for peak daily traffic flow direction during closures.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The Project completion date will be August 15, 2026.
