REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for FAI Gate 3 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0096-071-2024 / NFAPT00888, will be received before 4:00 p.m., June 11, 2024 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to construct the replacement of a new apron drive passenger boarding bridge (PBB) at the Fairbanks International Airport, North Terminal, Gate 3.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.  Meet at the Airport Administrative Offices lobby on the first floor of the terminal near the rental car counters to be escorted through the work areas. Bring a safety vest. Contact the Project Manager Jesse Campbell at jesse.campbell@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 15, 2025.
