DOT&PF invites you to join us for an OPEN HOUSE to learn about the proposed project to rehabilitate Murphy Dome Road between the Sheep Creek/Goldstream Road and Spinach Creek Road intersections.

The project is currently working through preliminary design in support of development of the environmental document and we would appreciate your input. All public comments received will be recorded, transcribed, become a part of the public record, and may be subject to Freedom of Information Act requests.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by DOT&PF pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated April 13, 2023, and executed by FHWA and DOT&PF.
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C §§ 2000d to 2000d4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
