FY2026 Municipal Harbor Grants Program-Call for Projects

FY2026 MUNICIPAL HARBOR GRANTS PROGRAM - CALL FOR PROJECTS

HARBOR GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE AUGUST 9, 2024

 

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) is taking applications for the FY26 Harbor Facility Grant program (AS 29.60.800 et seq.).  State funds, subject to appropriation by the Alaska Legislature, will not be available until after the 2025 legislative session. 

 

Applications are due by COB (5:00 pm), Friday, August 9, 2024. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

 

For the second year in a row, digital applications for Harbor Facility Grant will be accepted. Digital versions must be delivered via Alaska ZendTo due to the size of the files (https://drop.state.ak.us/drop) use the drop-off option and include the DOT&PF Harbor Grants email, dot.harborgrants@alaska.gov as the recipient.

This grant program provides state financial assistance in the form of a 50/50 matching grant for municipally or regional housing authority owned small boat harbor facilities in the State of Alaska.  State funding is only for the construction phase of small boat harbor projects.
