Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA434-121, seeking to update the numbering of the rules for Conditions of Service, Billing and Collections, and Resale of Electricity in its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 121 tariff (North District) to match the rule numbers in its CPCN No. 8 tariff (South District). Chugach seeks to align the tariffs between its two certificates. Other related typographical revisions are also proposed.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
