The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Upper Cook Inlet Meeting that occurred in Anchorage between February 23 – March 5, 2024.The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to 5 AAC for commercial sport, and personal use fisheries occurring in the Cook Inlet Area.
The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulations on May 9, 2024, and become effective June 8, 2024.
The regulations will appear in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
