SUMMARY: The Department of Health, Division of Public Health, Section of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is soliciting proposals for qualitative and quantitative research, specifically for the following programs: Tobacco Prevention and Control; Physical Activity and Nutrition; and Substance Misuse and Addiction Prevention. Research will be conducted on an as-needed basis and will utilize focus groups, key informant interviews, telephone surveys, online surveys, and other qualitative or quantitative research methods. The successful offeror will work collaboratively with the section’s other contractors and partners to better understand audiences and create materials for public education campaigns within the above-mentioned programs.
