On behalf of NASPO the State of Alaska is pleased to announce the publication of a cooperative purchasing solicitation.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Lead State”), Department of General Services, in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with manufacturers of new grounds maintenance equipment. Collectively, these Master Agreements will constitute the NASPO ValuePoint Grounds Maintenance Portfolio. The purpose of this competitive solicitation is to develop a “catalog category discount” contract to provide for equipment to be made available for purchase. Only Manufacturer Suppliers with dealer networks in many states are asked to bid directly on the contract. The contract will be a multiple award contract for both equipment and warranty work with replacement parts.
The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
The Pre-Proposal Conference is May 8, 2024, at 1:00 pm ET.
The Q&A deadline is May 10, 2024, at 5:00 pm ET.
The deadline to submit proposals is June 12, 2024, at 5:00 pm ET.
