ADL 422274 Public Utility Easement

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for the following:

APPLICANT:  Golden Valley Electric Association

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:  City of Delta Junction, within block 30 as shown within Plat No. 63-7859; within Fairbanks Meridian, Township 10 South, Range 10 East, section 23.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY:  Construction and operation of an aerial utility line across a small portion of state land to provide power to a private parcel. The easement is proposed to measure approximately 171.83 feet in length and 30 feet in width.
