ADL 422275 Public Utility Easement

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for the following:

APPLICANT:  Golden Valley Electric Association

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:  within Lot 5, Supplemental Plat of US Survey No. 4277., between Alaska Highway MP 1412-1413, south of the Alaska Highway; within Fairbanks Meridian, Township 11 South, Range 12 East, section 18.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY:  Construction and operation of an aerial utility line across a small portion of state land in to provide power to private parcel. The easement is proposed to measure approximately 366.7 feet in length and 30 feet in width.
