On April 24, 2024, Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Property Management adopted regulations in 2 AAC 12.400. The regulations concern raising the monetary threshold for reasonable and adequate, small procurements.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 24, 2024, and are effective on May 24, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
