This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to result in a contract for a behavioral health organization with demonstrated specialized expertise in the behavioral health Medicaid system to partner in fully implementing and realizing the services available under the 1115 Alaska Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health Program (1115) waiver demonstration.

This RFP is being released in a DRAFT phase. During this phase potential offerors and stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the RFP, particularly the Mandatory Requirements, Scope of Work, and Deliverables in Section 3 of the RFP.

After review, the Department of Health will transition the RFP into the FINAL phase (notwithstanding any subsequent amendments to the RFP).

Please note the state does not guarantee that any feedback provided will be incorporated into the final version of the RFP. All feedback must be provided in writing to the procurement officer by May 20, 2024.
