REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals for Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Job Order Construction Contract (RFP 2024), Project Number CSAPT01156, will be received before 4:00 p.m., April 24, 2024 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to state buildings at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  Contractor is responsible for both design and construction work.

The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods.  The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 1:00pm in the ANC Environmental Conference Room, C3700B on the third floor of the South Terminal, C-Concourse ANC Staff Office at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Anchorage, Alaska.  Meet in the main lobby of the staff offices to be escorted to the conference room.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
