2025-0500-0005 Special Education State Performance Plan and Annual Progress Report Federal Reporting Consultant

The Department of Education and Early Development,  Division of Innovation and Education Excellence, Special Education, is soliciting proposals for a contractor to coordinate with the state’s Department of Education and Early Development, Student Learning, Special Education Section to ensure timely and accurate reporting, analysis and technical reports for federal reporting of the annual progress report and the state performance plan. Additionally, the selected contractor will be expected to provide support of the indicator information as required by the department and assist directly with responses to federal Office of Special Education Programs regarding formal responses to audit findings, policy documentation and related information.
