NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to extend the term under Lease ADA-32028, as follows: LESSEE: Lake Hood Hangars Association, LLC. PREMISES: Block 7, Lot 1B, consisting of approximately 139,200 square feet. LEASE TERM: Eight (8) year extension ending May 17, 2058, with a construction based conditional option to extend to May 17, 2066. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $16,704.00 ($0.12 per square foot x 139,200 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Development, operation, and maintenance of one to three multi-bay aircraft hangars for inside storage, maintenance, repairs, and loading and unloading of air-worthy general aviation aircraft. If in direct support of the multi-bay aircraft hangars, service ramps, taxi lanes, and vehicle parking areas. Uses incidental to the aviation uses above such as limited storage and office space that do not interfere with the primary purpose of the hangar.
