MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
April 17th & April 18th 
Anchorage, Alaska

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding meeting on April 17th-April 18th, 2024, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on April 17th and 18th of 2024, and will be held at Atwood Building located at 550 W 7th Ave, Conference Room 106 and 102/204, Anchorage, AK, 99501& Zoom 

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on April 17th, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
