NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to increase the Premises size under Lease ADA-30773, as follows: LESSEE: Airplane Hangars, Inc. PREMISES: Block 16, Lot 6D, consisting of approximately 76,678 square feet. LEASE TERM: Twenty-seven (27) years, eleven (11) months, and twenty-nine (29) days beginning June 15, 1997, and ending June 12, 2025. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $9,201.36 ($0.12 per square foot x 76,678 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Construction and operation of an aviation facility for the maintenance and repair of aircraft and aircraft floats; storage of aircraft floats.
