The Department of Family and Community Services is entering into agreements under 7 AAC 81 with qualified Providers for the State of Alaska's Complex Placement, to provide placement and/or care services to individuals with urgent and/or complex placement needs. All signed Provider Agreements and documentation demonstrating provider eligibility should be emailed to: fcs.fms.grants@alaska.gov
